Sorry to nit pick. But that crap about the Italian national team doesn't sit right with me. When you have the best deap lying playmaker in the world for his time and the best defensive midfielder for his time (Gattuso and Pirlo), as well as De Rossi coming up after Gattuso, who can really be suprised that a 25 year old hasn't had many opportunities in the national team.96 Never Forgotten

So when does it become a fact, how many bad performances does it take and even being sold on before it becomes a fact, or we could just use your view when its always just an opinion, whatever suits mate.Originally posted by Craig_H View PostMr Blobby was the highest selling single one week, and number 1 - just because lots of people thought so, doesnt make it the best song.
As for watching the performances, i would hazard a guess that i see a lot more Liverpool games than you do.
Gone - and who let him go? Wasnt rafa.
Maxi is an argentine international and a technically proficient player, for free - of course he's a good signing.
And Kyrgiakos' performances have been excellent value for the £1.5m. And you say i'm the one not watching the games?
As i said, you're a teenager who plays FM too much. Unless a player is Messi, he's ****.
And whatever you might think of players, and the notion that 'Rafa didnt sign a good player in his last 2 years at LFC:
IT IS STILL YOUR OPINION - IT IS NOT A FACT.
Haha mate i'm 30 by the way so don't patronise me with condescending bull**** you've been spouting, your ultra opinionated and can't accept anyone else opinions who disagree with you. I haven't missed a competitive LFC game in over a decade mate, maybe more. On the off chance that i don't see it live, i'll always look at it later. No point in in this mine is bigger than urs horse****.
Aqua is gone because he failed and no other reason, he was never needed in the first place. Maxi has done **** all, he was on a free because he hasn't played well in years, since he joined LFC he has been woeful, and free? He took a wage reduction but i bet he gets over £50 grand a week, my cocker spaniel can run around like an idiot for 90 mins too.
Kyriagkos is a ****ebag, good in the air and thats about it. Enough said about him, wouldn't say he was a good signing. The fact that you are mentioning him shows how much of a struggle it is to pick successful signings out of Rafa's last 3 years.

You can knit pick all you want, if Italian players are playing in Italy they get preference over Italian players playing in a different country just their way. If Aqua was that good or "fit" we would have seen him more than 11 times.Originally posted by Fernandinho View PostSorry to nit pick. At £19.4 for one season and with what he gave us/or didn't give us fofr that matter, do you think Aqua was a good signing for LFC?

Danperkins. I would love for you right now, to tell us who would would have bought with the advantage of hindsight if you were Rafa. You had 1.5 mil to spend on a CB who needed to be aerially dominant. You had 2 mil to spend on a striker instead of Ngog. And no more money to spend on a right mid (maxi) and a left forward (jova) just to name a few. How good a player is, never 'becomes' fact - it's all completely subjective. That's why they are opinions, and not fact.Originally posted by danperkins View PostSo when does it become a fact, how many bad performances does it take and even being sold on before it becomes a fact, or we could just use your view when its always just an opinion, whatever suits mate.
Your lack of understanding here, is not surprising.
You're the one who asked about whether i was watching the performances. 30 eh? Who knew....Haha mate i'm 30 by the way so don't patronise me with condescending bull**** you've been spouting, your ultra opinionated and can't accept anyone else opinions who disagree with you. I can certainly accept differing opinions. I cannot accept people calling their opinions 'facts'.
Nobody who fails to see the value in having technically proficient players, is clueless about football and symptomatic of why England are so ****. No understanding about the value of technique and intelligence.Aqua is gone because he failed and no other reason, he was never needed in the first place. You probably thought Hyypia was a ****ebag too. After all, he only cost £2.5m.

Lets be honest, Rafa bought a couple quality world class players.... but it took him buying about 90 useless players to find them! instead of selling 5-10 ordinary players and bringing in 5-10 ordinary players he should have brought in 2 top players for the same amount of money. The squad was way too big and filled with ****e. Quality rather than quantity i say.Originally posted by Craig_H View Post
Danperkins is a typical 'sky' fan, players have to be 'flashy' and 'trendy', expensive and do step overs - otherwise they're no good.
Obviously without that idiot Parry ****ing things up it could have been different. I also think Rafa should have done more of the player scouting himself.

Its all Football manager stuff mate, maybe if we hadn't spent the likes of £7 million quid of Andrea Drossena more funds would have been available for a CB? Its a relative.Originally posted by Fernandinho View PostDanperkins. I would love for you right now, to tell us who would would have bought with the advantage of hindsight if you were Rafa.
