There's no doubt that going forward NESV want to change the manager. What they don't want to do is just sign any old muppet like we did in the summer. They want to sign someone who can be our manager for a long time to come. Not someone they might have to get rid of in a few months time.

Roy has started to dig us out of a hole. But be under no illusions he will go sooner or later. Winning again is giving NESV the time they need to find a suitable replacement. Even if we wait until next summer and Roy somehow manages to get us into a Champions' League spot, he'll be going. Keep the faith.

It might be a well known rumour now but I knew about it on Wednesday afternoon BEFORE it was tweeted by a certain someone who shall remain nameless

I dont know what was discussed, maybe they were discussing the Christmas party

This is my major fear, we have owners that don't know **** about football and they're going to fund Roy's horrible, overpriced signings which we won't be able to move on once his gone. I'm really concerned. If the decision is for Roy to stay, tell him to work with what he already has. If he managed to spend 13m give or take on Jones, Konchesky and Poulsen imagine what he'd do with more money.

They don't know anything about football BUT I think they realised they don't know anything about football, which is why I don't think they've sacked Roy yet. I don't think they want to rush into anything.

Kenny is the only person close to them who knows anything about football, and wasn't he part of the process for recruiting Roy?? Before applying for the job himself.

I read somewhere that they want to meet Torres this week, if he says he's not happy he could force Roy out quicker...

You could certainly look at it that way and make that assumption

You could also make the assumption that we are seeing a gradual transfer of power that will ultimately end with Roys departure

I have no idea if he is Pablo. That's why I cannot comment either way, but, I will say such we'll find out sooner or later if he's full of ****e or not..

So you're saying that given the information available it's perfectly fair to assume that Roy is staying/ going and we can therefore say it's only a matter of days/ weeks or years before he leaves/ confirms he's staying on with a new improved deal?

it seems to me that as per the NESV deal that came out of the blue nobody really knows too much with regards how long Roy has left.

Hopefully not too long but we'll have to see I suppose.
