You start with a loss and everything else is a bonus, mostly against 'formidable' opposition, in a utopian world.

Far from it. I think he sees questions about his future beneath him and insulting.

I hope that is the case. There is also the possibility that FSG's strategy is to stick with Roy till summer and then replace him and they are going to stick to their strategy whatever happens.

If he survives this week, I am resigning myself to Roy being here till the end of the season.

But he has sort of answered them in the past, so you never know.

It won't come against them - they are playing almost as **** as us but somehow winning!

Good point, to Roy LFC is a job. To every single one of our previous managers it was their life.

Not sure they want to have spent 300million on a championship team......

They are rank, but they're playing better than Mighty Blackburn. If we go behind we'll be ****ted all over the show.

Well, I don't know if that's justified but I suppose time will tell. It could just be that they want someone in place to take over immediately (if only temporarily) and that might be why it might not happen this week. As I say though, I now firmly believe it should be done tomorrow.

I agree that was their strategy but results and performances have been so poor that they're going to have act sooner than May.
                          .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

I disagree West Brom & Stoke made them look very average in their last 2 games...

Not that he had much success at Bolton or has had much success here, but Sammy Lee still has recent PL experience. Plenty of clubs have sacked the manager with no suitable candidate to step up. It’s not fair on Roy and more importantly it’s not fair on us to allow him near the dugout again.

I wouldn’t actually mind seeing Sammy in charge for one game, at least he tried to play football at Bolton.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?
