Tide turning against Carragher?

Yes..
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.
May the Lord bless this post.

Are u referring to any of my posts on this issue?Originally posted by Neil Young View PostMy perceptions of Carragher's attitude towards Benitez (in the last season at least) and Hodgson make it difficult to feel quite as warm towards him as I once did but the hostility to him shown on this thread is totally unbelievable.
Some comments aren't just unjustified, they are truly pathetic. Let's try for a bit of balance, eh?

He's only a legend if you started watching football 10 years ago. In an assembly of Liverpool greats I'd let him hand out the half-time oranges. Hand on heart I can recall countless players light years ahead of him in every respect - true Liverpool legends.Originally posted by danperkins View PostThat nobody knows **** all so why talk about something you know nothing about? Its pointless and pure speculation against a LFC Legend.
Unfortunately he seems to have developed a ridiculous sense of his own importance just at the time his abilities have gone into sharp decline.
He's been average for a good three seasons now, is prone to making howlers more than any other of our defenders and always looks like a rash tackle and penalty-kick waiting to happen - and let's not even consider his abilities with the ball at his feet and his distribution (!)
His annoying habit of giving bollockings to team-mates is all the more annoying given his own frailties, which he seems to be blissfully unaware of.
I've seen people mention his work-rate and do-or-die attitude. Frankly, for £90K a week that's the absolute minimum requirement.
In a race between a cross-channel ferry, a combine harvester and Jamie Carragher to turn round, Carragher would come third
Come in number 23. You're time's up

It was the general tenor of posts. I don't remember anyone's in particular. Would you care for me to go back over it and explain my thinking in detail or shall we just let it go?Originally posted by bertie View PostAre u referring to any of my posts on this issue?
By the way, your post ruined my joke about bickering since the 'No' post was not aimed at you.
