'when you win your never tired'

Spurs like that will have a field day against a roy hodgmistiers 'lfc' when playing away from home. I think we've scored 2 goals away from home in open play in premiership. Torres against bolton and wigan. And 2 set pieces from Gerrard against Utd.

We will at least IMO have a bigger chance with Meireles in the middle instead of Gerrard if Roy decides to play him there.

We have looked at least decent everytime Meireles played in his best position.

Just because Spurs looked good tonight, there is no guarantee they'll be up for it on Sunday, physically at least.

A Spurs supporter I know is dreading the game, despite the fact we're ****, we're even ****ter away from home, we always get shat on at White Hart Lane and Hodger is a sauropod.
        .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

I'm sure he knows more than most posters on here, but I still have my doubts, I think we'll lose.

If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

I've made up my mind. I'm predicting we're going to win, lose or draw.

Unless the match is postponed or abandoned due to the appearance of three snowflakes in the "streets around the ground."

Probably all three. We'll start off drawing at 0-0, we'll lose 3-0, Roy will claim it's as good as a win because despite the fans unrealistic expectations keeping it in single figures is a proud achievement.

How often has Raul played in the middle? I can only remember the once.

He's started the majority of his games in the centre.

I think we'll set up with Poulsen, Lucas and Meireles in the middle. Kuyt and Maxi either side and Torres(isolated no doubt) up front by himself.

I'd be surprised if N'gog starts and i don't think Joe Cole will be rushed back into the starting line up - both will more than likely come on at some stage tho - prob when Spurs already have a 2 or 3 goal lead.

You can read what way this match will go like a book.

Agree with your first two bits, er, Rudo, but I think it could go either way. On their day Spurs are great, but other days pants. Same with us really, without being great

Don't know, i'm dreading it man, i really am.

Harry may be a dodgy geezer, an irritating ****er at the best of times and all the rest but he's done one helluva job with that Spurs lot.
Before he arrived they were a laughing stock, now they're in the Champions League last 16 and in a great position in the League...they should give him a contract for life.

I can't remember the last time i was so negative going into a match, thought Chelsea would give us a bit of a footballing lesson but then again we were at home and that always gives me hope no matter who we're playing or what the circumstances are.
                            - However with this being at WHL and Spurs flying, us without Gerrard and lacking in key areas of the pitch, i can see us getting totally humiliated by them cunts.

This from a Spurs supporting mate of mine, who coincidentally is in Oz at present:

no beef between yids and scouse mate and spurs only ever get into scraps with scum, rent boys and spammers.
there'll be an away pub set up. you'll just have to show them your ticket.

i'd hop off to islington if i were you though. seven sisters is a hole!
I saw a dead fish on the pavement and thought "what did you expect?"
There's no water round here stupid, should have stayed where it was wet
