If we can keep hold of Agger and sign a good wide player, we'd do really well this season. I'm sure of it. It's pretty f'in simple and I don't see why the club, as a whole, can't see it.

The thing is it seems to be pretty clear we're looking for player to play up with Suarez and Borini and it's good to see players like Pacheco and Sterling have been looked at to see what they can offer in the attacking 3rd.

I'm pretty sure we'll see a player like an Affellay or similar come in before the window closes.

Plenty of players we can get rid of, like Downing and Adam. Aggers my favourite player and I'll rage so much if hes sold. You know the moment he goes to city or wherever he'll have an injury free season. Happens with most of the players we sell.

No wonder we wrapped him up in cotton wool this pre-season; we were fearful of blowing this transfer.

We have a long way to go in the window but if we lose Agger as well as the players already gone + maybe Bellamy we need a good few players in and preferably in before the season starts and if the rumours are true about having to sell to buy then 22 million will not get us alot, we've already spent 10 million? on Borini and 15 million if we get Allen so were already down 3 million and losing 4/5 experienced players.

Lots of ifs but BR might need to work some magic
