    ok a few points

1 carra supports carra alone he put himself above the club last season and this!

2 given number 1 why bother reading the crap he utters nowadays good liars remember what they write seems his scum writing friend forgot to tell him what was said in front of him when Rafa arrived and what he agreed with then and in the book!

3 GED brought into the 21st century maybe for the first few seasons but took us back again to the 19th century in his last season!

4 Finally Carra's opinion is just that and it is as real as rocking horse **** and as essential to my life. Just make sure Roy upsets him and we can kill two birds in one go!

footnote Mr Perkins Barcelona are good but you know now and then Rafa's teams have beaten them!
It seems I need to ignore Mr Perkins and the bulldog fella they say nothing i want to read.
    Henderson, Downing, Adam, ?

More "dignity and class" from Bootle's finest. I guess this finally exposes the author of the "Boss, he still hasn't beaten you" text that was sent to Houllier when Rafa was sacked.

His Dad openly slagging off Rafa, recent interview bigging up Houllier was 100% fine for me, the uncalled for bit was the digs at Rafa, Carra could have done a glowing piece about Houllier, how he was great, big influence etc... and been respectful towards Rafa but he chose use the words he did deliberately
It's more a sign of how standards have slipped that such a limited footballer could amass such a total.

Out of everything I've read and heard about Carragher the one incident which I think is very telling was his "rushed" contract extension, literally hours before the take-over was finalised.
It was a total con job. Good old Christian paying off a debt.

The boss must be THE boss or else Carra and Gerrard situations will continue to happen. Gerrard situation...sulking knowing that he would get away with it.
Ferguson yields so much power becuase he is succesful and scum are successful. He has the power because they always have had the money to be able to replace anyone as well. ( also the recent Rooney and ROnaldo escapades says he doesnt have the power he used to)

Very hard to be a boss out our place when you have had dickheads above you over the last twenty years.

He'll soon be up to 50 with Uncle Roy at the helm.

                  In fairness to Carra.......

There is no way he can be blamed for signing a contract extension. Moan at Purslow if you disagree with it as he is the one that offered it.

Secondly, John Henry has already come out and said he WOULD have given Carra a contract extension. This was in responce to a news article that suggested Gerrard would be sold as he was getting on a bit and that contract extensions given to older players are a thing of the past. His point was that exceptions can be made.
                  Forwards.......

How successful had Ferguson been at Utd when he kicked out McGrath and Whiteside?? 2 of the 3 most popular players at that time along with Robson.

Well to be honest it would help no one for Henry to come out and say he wouldn't have given a contract extension to Carragher. Doesn't mean he would have though.

Point is he wasn't asked about it. he responded to what was wrote in the press. He could easily have said nothing on the subject.

I don't think NESV would have ditched him. But the sensible option would have been a 12 month extension.
