So, according to your stats, we're win about 15% more games (over 2 years) with him in the team than without. You're right, Arn. Just sell him now.A lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more.

FINALLY, someone who can eloquently summarise the Liverpool Way.Originally posted by alunevans View PostTo be honest, this Liverpool way thing is a load of hogwash. The Liverpool way is not about sentimentality or a rulebook of etiquette. It is about success. That's the Liverpool way. Everything else we ever did was because it served success. Keeping Roy in charge doesn't.
I'm deathly bored of people who bitched about Rafa and losing this and 7th that, and popular we aren't and our football is boring blah blah blah. He at least tried to win, ****ed up but never betrayed that mentality. I know how he set the team up sometimes etc but overall we were a club under him that wanted to win stuff, not just defend and hope (we lost 11 league games last season; so far Woy has lost 7. Odds on him beating 11?). That's Woy all over, a defeatist wimpmeister and it ****s me off no end.
Sack Rafa for not winning? Maybe, but he had a ruthless streak in him that could have turned us around. Woy is without hope, and if NESV have a megastar manager lined up they better ****ing tell Nando, Pepe & Gerrard (don't care about Jamie, he had his chance with Woy) so they can man the **** up and impress us, the fans.
Rant unpluggedI'm in a glass cage of emotion!

Roy isn't the right person for LFC that is clear but one thing to bear in mind we finished 7th last year with a superior squad so surely that being the case we will be worse off this year (given other top teams are stronger)which is how it seems to be panning out.
I do feel Hodgson took something of a poisoned chalice when he took over and whilst he hasn't helped himself we have to appreicate that the task involved may be a lot bigger than first thought.

Actually the league is much weaker this year than last and we have had less injury problems.
He has done a **** job with a decent squad because he doesn't know how to use it in a fashion that is not stuck in 1975.

I think you or Craig would be ideal.Originally posted by Shaggy View PostAnyone fancy it?
They probably don't want to many questions about old turkey neck, so tell the producers you want to ask about: stadium/melwood-academy/CEO/new signings/henrry's sexy wife/etc Then BANG when you're on air give them some grief about old owl face.We come not to play.

Absolutely. He's not a scapegoat here. He created this mess himself and he should be rightfully sacked.Originally posted by DannyMan2006 View PostWildman, masch was a loss but the others were down to hodgson. £10m on konk and poulsen was crazy. Keep Insua and aqua and £10m on a striker and we'd be far better off. It's his own fault we are so much worse off.Member #1 of the Luis Suarez fan club

Hmm, not many q's about Roy methinks. Everyone should change the question back to Roy when called back
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Martin from Stoneycroft did just as well a job as Shaggy or I would've done though. However, i think/hope that i would've brought up Rafa's haul of 13 away wins in 2008-2009, which Martin didnt.
