Only 4 players have played more games for this club EVER and by the time he retires there will probably only be one. I'd say it's pretty fair to regard him as an LFC legend despite how recent alleged actions may have soured peoples (including mine) views.

It's more a testament to how much standards have slipped that such a ****e footballer can find a place in the team for so long.

I've just checked and that's simply not true. I admit that the majority of my posts so far have referred to Carragher - as a topic I find it one of the most interesting ones, but I'll try to contribute more throughout the forum.

It is plausible, but I think it's more plausible that Carragher did send it as it fits in with his general cuntishness, like teabagging Steve Bruce, sucking up to Demento, down-playing the Welsh Midget signing for the Mancs, and his general bluenose attitude.

Carragher is not the 'winner' a lot of people make him out to be, as he is just as happy to be in the team mindlessly hoofing the ball whether we are midtable, fighting relegation or challenging for the title (not that he would know much about that).

Oh definitely, but the point Craig's making is we don't have anyone better at present - which is spot on.

Cahill would be a better bet for a signing to replace. Kelly may well be a long termer, bu he's still not at Carragher's current standard.

Seeing Cahill mentioned I just got to think - how fast is he? Will he bring speed to our defense?
Asking because I haven't paid too much attention to his style of play...
