Some key points....

Our next manager must be able to attract top class players and top class young talents. That rules out many possible candidates. The likes of Coyle wouldn't be able to do that. Only a manager that is well respected and a big name would be able to do that.

He must be able to work long term with our Academy the key to our future success.

He must be able to play attractive and positive football. That is a what many top class players and talents look at when they decides what club to sign for.

He must be able to make young players better. The Wenger way.

Arn, our next manager needs to ****ing win things and have us challenging for top honours season in, season out. I personally couldn't give a flying **** how he does this. Henry and Werner have decided the vision they wish to take and Comolli I'm sure will make this happen. I'm 100% confident that the next manager we bring in will be made fully aware of how the club want to go about things.

I'm not sure it's Rafas cup of tea tbh, but if it is I'd take him back in a heartbeat. But regardless, we need to find the right man asap.
