What?! When Johnson played right back he was one of the worst players in our team this season!

There have been worse players, although admittedly that isn't saying much this season. I don't think he's been outstanding by any means, but I don't think he's been terrible either; just needs to cut down on the doziness.

In a team with attacking intent I think he'll be a real asset and we'll just have to tolerate a bit of 'excitement' at the back in return, but it's not as if we ship a stack of goals because of him, anyway.

why the **** would Kenny want to get rid of Carra? Seriously ZERO chance of that happening. ****ing hell, I wouldn't mind if they gave him a 5 year contract as reward for the service he has provided. Just because he has a contract doesn't mean he has to play every game does it? Besides when you consider some of the cunts earning mega wages over the years, why would you begrudge Carra having some? It's not like his wages are going to stop us bringing in players is it? those days are over.

I thought that comment about Kelly's pace earlier was ridiculous. Seen him keep up with Pennant and win the ball back tonight. Another thing he's got a nice burst of acceleration when he need's to, similar to Gareth Bale's acceleration. He has definitely got a future here, no doubt about it.

Oh and that comment about getting rid of Carra and Kuyt was silly too. Kuyt's determination, work rate, hold up play and link up was fantastic tonight. He is definitely a good backup striker and at least Kenny is playing him in the right position. Carra will go on to be a coach no doubt, possibly even manager of some clubs and then eventually maybe even Liverpool! He's not going anywhere, Gerrard and Carra are gonna be arorund as long as Giggs and Scholes.

Thats the best i have seen us play all season. Torres leaving will have freshened the place up IMO as we now have two great strikers who want to play for the club.

Torres leaving was a slap in the face to his team mates IMO. I bet he has been a problem in the dressing room for a while.

What players have done in the past should have no bearing on whether they are kept around; it's what they can do now and in the future that is important, and has been one of the cornerstones of our success. If you think he (Carragher) can still play a role then fair enough, but any past exploits are irrelevant - and that applies to all players.
