I think we can get better than N'gog in and as such if we can get a decent transfer fee for him we should take it.

He's shown us flashes of what he could potentially offer but too infrequently for my liking

N'Gog looks a better prospect than say Welbeck to me. I'd think a value between £5m and £10m would be about right. He has a solid goals/minute record and has been playing in a less than highly creative side.

I think he would actually benefit most from a season for either a top Championship side or someone like Wigan who struggle but look to play good football in the PL.

N'gog gets a lot of unfair critisism. Like you say, his goals-to-minutes ratio is pretty decent.

He's reached the end of the road with us though. Good signing for the price.

Genuinely couldn't give a piss about whether Ngog goes or what price it is, whether it's 3 or 4 million is insignificant, when figures of 19 million thrown around for Stuart Downing.

We paid over the odds for Henderson, why should we reduce the fee for N'gog?

Don't think he's mentally tough enough for us - not yet anyway. And he'll not get the playing time to develop with us.

Best if he moves on tbh.

I think around £5m would be a good price for him to be honest. I don't think he'll do all that well for Sunderland anyway personally.

Plainly speaking, he's not really any good. Any team with aspirations of winning the league and competing at the highest level needs to have better squad backup than N'gog. I'd swap him for Gyan as a squad player. (Not that that would ever happen I realise)
