I'm in the minority but I think Jay is a useful squad member. He is on relatively low wages and I don't see the sense in moving him on for one or two million when we don't actually have a better back-up player at the moment.

His marking and positional play when we don't have the ball are poor. Continually has players running past him. He is a jack off all trades master of none.

He is very poor mate, his all round game is however, awful. A couple of good passes don't make up for his deficiencies. He is Championship standard mate and a liability with the pressure he puts on our backline.
