      I think so too.

We played well at home against better clubs and there is no reason to think that we cannot do it again. Sure we have some injuries but we played without our 11 best all season long and were still able to squeeze good results at Anfield.

I think this will be the game that both Suarez and Carroll will shine.

We've done pretty well in the games we aren't favourite for under Kenny. Still it is hard to be optimistic.

I hope we develop at least a couple of fringe/youth players before the end of the season. Other than that it seems a bit of a drag.

think city will win this one comfortably because we just dont have the ability to keep a clean sheet against their attack. silva will tear carra apart, soto will make at least one major **** up that will lead to a city goal. danny wilson isnt quite ready for the big time yet.

we have even bigger problems in midfield with lucas spearing and meireles inspiring no one. our only hope lies with suarez and dirty stopout carroll.

the result is not in doubt its just a matter of how many for me.

****ing **** start to the weekend.

It's on Monday evening, isn't it?

Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

It's important the players stay on their feet.

I think we'll give them a really good game. They're no great shakes away from home, whilst we have a good record at Anfield.

Obviously our defence is looking poor, Wilson is never in a million years a LB. But we have enough in attack to cause them a few problems.

( though soto looks more toned and muscular )

Looking forward to the match now.... 1st game of the season for me, my wing man and I are flying over on the early flight from Belfast - we arrive at 9.30am - it's going to take a large portion of discipline to stay off the beer until kick off!

Any other Est1892 people attending? What bars (if any) would you be in before the game?
