    Bet he's gutted.
    Haha, you are nuts Slinky.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Marks wouldn't appear that soon either imo

He has nobody to blame but himself and he is capable of controlling himself, he made it through last season without any stupid incidents. The outrage is over the sheer stupidity of him doing it three times.

The argument about 'i'd rather be bitten than kicked' is childish.

I have never seen a worse pundit than Danny Mills. He is utterly pathetic in his analysis of this situation and most footballing topics imo.
        Really? Why?
        3rd place. Worst champions ever.

That's my concern too. If you analyse it these crazy incidents are actually becoming more frequent if anything. It's a miracle we managed to keep him under control for an entire season really.

Still against all logic I'm still desperate for us to keep him

not saying i want rid - just that £50m and Sanchez, right now, looks a lot more appealing than it did Tuesday morning.
i own everton fans on the internet....that's what i do

At this present time, I still wouldn't sell Suarez, and a £50m + Sanchez deal sounds cheap to me. I'd want Pedro chucked into the deal too.

I'd love to know what triggers him to bite. Kids bite, are then disciplined and eventually, stop doing it. He's like an aggressive rodent.

He doesn't seem to handle pressure all too well does he? In the final games of the season his emotions were very visible, he was crying at the final whistle. The bites have come high profile games as well.

After the World Cup 2010 he seems to have been embroiled in controversy every year, 2010 the handball, 2011 he bit someone, 2012 the Evra incident, 2013 he bit someone and again in 2014.

But I still love him and want him to stay
                    * The above is posted in my opinion. Feel free to disagree.

Devastated for the club and Luis. He fought so brave last season after he returned from his ban. He proved that he'd changed and didn't do as much controversial things as he did before. A whole season where he proved he's a world class player and the media also hailed him for his many achievements during the past season - at least here in Denmark. All of that is gone because a moment of madness. He hasn't changed a bit. He needs treatment. You don't bite someone three times as an adult - for most of us not even once. I really like Suarez and was proud after the England game where he showed so much passion and emotion. You battled long and brave to change the view, Suarez. You only have yourself to blame that you would have to fight the same battle again. I just hope it dosn't affect any Liverpool games.

Here in Denmark some news papers state that there has been a crisis meeting sfter the incident in the board of Liverpool FC. They say they discuss whether they should fire Luis or not. Have any of you heard anything about that? Can't see us firing Luis but I can understand if the club wants to get rid of him.
                        JUSTICE FOR THE 96!

                          Great post mate.

We won't fire him, but guaranteed FSG will be absolutely fuming. They - along with Rodgers - probably feel let down. Betrayed even. But it is clearly something that is out of Suarez's control and he needs help.

Yup, I feel that way too. Just as long as he doesn't sulk about not getting the move he wants through his own stupid actions.

After all the years of sticking up for him against other fans, etc it feels (pardon the pun) like a kick in the teeth.

I don't want rid but it feels really weird to be on the receiving end of it (particularly as they scored so soon after the incident) It's an insight for me as to how other fans get so worked up over him made all the more worse by some of their players (and our fans it has to be said) seeming to either somehow blame Chiellini for it or act like it didn't happen.

                              Gutting all round.

                                Luis Suárez

I'm telling you. The problem is that he didn't have Dr. Pieters there to support him.

Imagine the emotions he's been going through the past month. The lows of the injury, the fight for fitness, helplessly watching his country lose to Costa Rica from the bench, the highs of scoring twice against England and his Liverpool team mates and the frustration during the game against Italy.

I'm not condoning his actions but he clearly needs help to control his emotions.

IMO Uruguay made a huge mistake not having a psychiatrist with the team to support him.

The whole country blindly loves and supports him whatever he does and ignore his weaknesses and issues instead of providing the support framework he needs to manage those issues like we did last season with Pieters.
