People can talk that we don't have the right mentality perhaps that is true but I think we all need to face the facts here.

We may be able to perform in big games and beat the opposition but as team we lack the mental strength to tough it out over the course of a season.

It will take us years before we can expect to seriously challenge for the title. We nearly did it under Rafa but again the team did not have the belief or confidence in them to believe they are winners which is why we failed when we needed to step up to the plate.

I'm not having a pop at you here Arn btw, your attitude to want to win is spot on but our players maybe bar a few don't have that mental belief in them.

That is the only way doing it. The players must believe every week that we can win the title. The players must feel that extra pressure and learn to enjoy it instead of it being something negative.

It worked for Rafa until the the key players had to be sold and not replaced. Then the squad was simply not good enough.

The players believed that we could win against any team out there, home and away. The players believed that we could win the title. They had started to learn to live with and enjoy the pressure.

It takes time to learn a squad to do that.

I only said what probably every manager at a top club do. Fergie do it, every manager at Chelsea do it, Wenger do it, Mancini do it, every manager at Real or Barcelona do it etc......

I do hope that Kenny will do it. He should tell the world how fantastic we are. He should tell the players he fully expect them to win against any team, home or away.

Learn to live with the pressure and you will start to enjoy it.
