No Matt. Last season we had nothing to play for and the league was our sole focus. This season has been different due to having new players.

Nige do you think that it's a coincidence that our poor finishing this season coincided with the signings of Downing, Henderson and Adam plus the sale of Meireles ??

We had no problems scoring goals last season under Kenny with a front four of Maxi, Suarez, Kuyt and Meireles. So what's the difference between this season and last ? It's the personnel and tactics clearly. Or do you think our poor finishing is all down to bad luck ?

I have said before I don't believe the chances we create are of the quality as we like to think.

This is the only Hat Trick I can think of that's of equal ability,technique etc to Luis' today.
