Sell Suarez?!?!?!? You'd have to be mental to consider it. He is world class.

Will the latest Suarez debacle make him the most hated opposition player in England?? Yes almost certainly.

But I couldn't really give a **** what the pundits or opposition fans think, and I don't think the players at lfc should or will either.

The club has said it was obviously the wrong thing to do, and it was, it was deliberate and 'dirty' but it wasn't a potentially serious assault.

Some seem too concerned about the negative P.R effects, but it's not like people will stop supporting lfc over this incident.

No one player is bigger than the club, I don't think Luis Suarez thinks he is, he has a strong work ethic by all accounts and has said many times how he appreciates where he is playing.

I'm not sure what was going on in his mind when he decided to use his disproportionally large chompers but I highly doubt it was ' **** it, I'll bite him, who's going to stop me? I'm Luis suarez'

The evra incident was far worse in my mind. The positives outweigh the negatives IMO.

Hamann is going way down in my estimation. He's blatantly trying to get more of career in the media. Were we really 2nd best all game? I thought we were the better team in the 2nd half
So you dont like Hamann because his opinion on this matter differs from yours? I think Didi says some strange things too. But that doesnt mean he is not valid in what he says. Out of interest what were the tweets from him?

Suarez will get a lengthy ban and then the club has to make a decision whether he is worth the hassle.

The people who say "Where would LFC be without him" should have a look at the league table and see where LFC is with him.

Don't get me wrong Suarez is an awesome player who has done great for LFC.I wouldn't like to see him go but i wouldn't be surprised if hedid
I cant really argue with much of what he says there.

I missed the game and havent been following things for a week or so, but the hysteria is amazing, also I don't understand why on earth the media wants us to sell him, no player sells like him, he is the most entertaining and unpredictable player I have ever seen.

I say don't sell him and don't contemplate it, other clubs might use this to try and get him on the cheap as well. Let's just ban him ourselves and let this blow over, not like we have anything of importance to play for. And I think the worst that happens is that when the whipped up frenzy gets Liverpool fans up against him or the manager, they need our support now.
            * The above is posted in my opinion. Feel free to disagree.

Yeah Didi has been pretty fair there. Unlike Phil 'Ban him for 10 games!!!!!' Thompson, who went to the extreme.

Oh right yeah Suarez.... I'm still incredibly mad at him this morning to be honest. I felt sick yesterday watching that, it was the most disgusting thing I've seen a Liverpool player do in many years.

It definitely causes a dilemma. I'm really genuinely not sure I want a player who could do such a thing at our football club. But he's just so ****ing good

I really think we should give him some therapy sessions to work on his anger issues, because he clearly needs help. I think that's the PR angle we have to play too, that this is a man who needs a bit of help, and we will be giving it to him.

Let's accept whatever ban the FA give him (which will no doubt be way more than any other player would have got for it) with grace, move on and let's have him banging in the goals again come next season.

Oh and today's silver lining is: Suarez desperately needed a rest. I think he's been overplayed for a while now. Let's be honest our season is over now anyway. Let him go off on holiday somewhere now for a month and recharge his batteries.

On and my last say on the matter , if the club back Suarez on this again they will be showing incredible loyalty to him. I really hope he returns that loyalty in kind when the Champions League vultures undoubtedly circle come the summer.

What Suarez did was unacceptable. The PFA should withdraw him as a FOTY contender. Agree? Go to my #MO page http://www.millionopinion.com

totally agree with lineker there. simply no way he can be considered purely because of his behaviour.

Even some of the journo's are at it regarding the Writers award.

He's really destroyed any positive PR that has helped him over the season. Even if it's not about personality, but pure talent alone, this country is too thick to distinguish between the two and for that, he's ruined his chances.

Votes are done. Players have chosen. Not up to the PFA board, or Lineker for that matter.

Of course, I wouldn't put it past them to 'change' the winner by next week. But I don't think he was likely to win this, or the Writers one, beforehand.
