The Daily Fail has a ridiculous backpage, calling us spineless for not banning him while practically everyone else has "praised" our response. We've done everything we could realistically do.

The Mail are pathetic. They had no issue linking the death of six children to a welfare state and then had a week long campaign against people on benefits. ******s

We don't know what the FA will do, we're purely speculating here. Luis has had a precedent in the sense that he was banned for another offence; so for transgressing the rules but for different reasons might incur in a more serious ban. The two can't be directly correlated. The context is different and when the Evra incident happened he hadn't really misbehaved beforehand.
      Are we winning?

They had no issue going to defend Rooney over in Switzerland for violent conduct and campaigning to get his ban reduced
It's the FA sadly, they don't seem to work in a constructed manner at all with things like this. I'd say they are xenophobic to be honest the Rooney thing was utter ridiculous but they did it as it suited their needs at the time not because of any notion he was innocent or the ban was unfairl

I guarantee you they will ban him for more than 8 games. If I'm wrong I'll make a public apology here

All this, everyone is against us **** doesn't do us any favours. We need to be bigger than that. They knock you down you get up again. If suarez hadn't lost his mind, the fa and media would have nothing to pin on him. We know the fa are cunts, unfortunately you can't beat them.

Well I expected no less from a bigoted paper chocked full of cunts.

I suspect his previous ban + the Evra incident + the World Cup handball + his dives will be taken into account in order to give him a longer ban, all they do is paint a picture of a despicable little **** who doesn't obey the rules and has no regard for authority.

Hmmm, I must have missed the part where I was defending Suarez. Could you kindly point it out for me?

Sorry my mistake, but I stand by my view that two footed tackles and the like have **** all to do with this incident.

It smacks of double standards then doesn't it really. They aren't fit to run the game and they aren't impartial. How you could have Chief Execs of rival clubs running the FA or in senior positions is bizarre.

Chelsea even alluded to the fact after the Terry incident. I'm all for a breakaway league run by an independent body, not by these guys who don't allow a level playing field

It's an unprecedented statement by them. They'll hit him hard. Why the media keep going on about his Uruguay handball is a joke. They'd have no issue with it if an England player did it and we won the World Cup.

Anyone would do the same, to deny otherwise is just stupid.

But they can easily build a case based on his past transgressions and use it to nail a gigantic ban on him. There's the outside chance that they could take this as a standalone incident and ban him accordingly but I can't see it myself.

Anything less than 8 games will a huge reaction from anti-racism groups once again showing how the FA devalues the fight against racism within football.

This is like porn to them - they'll finish above us in the league and now Suarez won't win the golden boot and probably no awards either.
