Difference between this season and last is he's said he wants to stay. Truth of the matter is he could sign a fifty year deal, buy the club and the media would still link him with a move away. And fans will still fret over what they read in the papers, despite 90% of it being made up.
Let's face it, Spain are out the World Cup, England soon will be. They need something to fill their sports pages now interest in the World Cup will drop off.Forwards.......

Don't let facts get in the way of a good story.Originally posted by G View PostBarca have money troubles, they had to pull all sorts of dodgy deals just to sign Neymar for £50m,no way they'll be stumping up the £100m+ it'd take to sign Luis. I think it's us too. I would be amazed if 'Cristiano' stood for them bringing Suarez in. He wouldn't want to be upstaged. Bale he could just about cope with cos Bale was and is never going to upstage Ronaldo. You can have too many stars, too. They can't all be the main man. Luis should stay where he is king.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

or it could just be a little bit of mis communication/mis translation whilst struggling for words whilst emotions are highOriginally posted by tanner View PostThis is what I don't understand, nobody has questioned his attitude to football, they questioned his character with the alleged racism and the mentality of someone who bites another players arms. That side of things he's brought it upon himself, but when talking about his football, I've not read anything to say he doesn't give 100% and is not one of the best players in the world. It seems a little paranoid, or as I suspect, calculated.
Masterclass there in mind games by the Bodge though!
he got boo'd at every ground - he's had virtually every opppostion player, manager, fan and the press on his back for two/three years - calling him a cheat/diving/racist violent **** etc etc
thats going to hurt - so when you stick two past their national side, you're going to enjoy it and you are going to let them know
i think your just reading a bit too much into iti own everton fans on the internet....that's what i do

Am I missing something?
In the interview I saw/read he said: "This victory is for all those people who said so many bad things about the team, it's for them."
From what I have seen he only referred to the critisism of Uruguay. Not critisism of him as a player.
Unless there are quotes I am unaware of I fail to see how what he said in any way shape or form could signal a negative attitude towards staying in England.

It's Spanish and I doubt the translation is done by the hacks themselves.Originally posted by G View PostLets not forget we are relying on English translations of an interview given in Uruguayan and some of those English newspapers/journo's doing the translations have an agenda against him.Trey Nyoni: countdown to stardom-2 years1year0.5 years
