Love him, dont really blame him for what he did though it was wrong but we were a complete shambles, have to look after yourself.

I never blamed him for leaving considering the Fawlty Towers state our club was in.
I will always respect him very much.
Masch showed how excellent he is again today. He is one of the most clever players around. Excellent game intelligence. He is so much more than a midfield destroyer.
We really need players that have the same winning mentality as him.Stop the cyberhate

from now on I will skip talking about our finances. That is a promise and will save myself from looking like a

Thought was Masch did last night was classy. How he left was not. It seems he has some guilt over how he went (rightly so) and that was his way of trying to make up for it.
He didnt need to say it but he did so fair play to him. I can wear my Mascherano shirt again without feeling like an idiot.
Ohh and the look on that little pricks face was priceless afterwards.*Except Michael, who died.

He wanted to leave the year before under Rafa but because we were selling Alonso he agreed to stay an extra yearOriginally posted by Liverpool View Posthow about refusing to play against city? or blaming his wife for leaving?
nah mate top ****
The refusing to play against City was ****ty but I think the wife thing was pretty genuine (at least from what I heard)
The thing is he then went and put his foot in it in a couple of interviews
He redeemed himself a touch last night imoBob Paisley - "This club has been my life. I'd go out and sweep the street and be proud to do it for Liverpool if they asked me to."

Even if we had been successful he'd have left

Always liked him and didn't blame him at all for joining Barca under the circumstances. Glad it's working out for him.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?
