The impact it would have on the training ground / dressing room would undo all the good work Dalglish has done. Whilst past his best, he's still one of the top midfielders in the worldThe Bodge is gone, long live the King!

My 'extensive Research' correctly predicted the value difference between Henderson and N'gog at 13mil. I am the new ITKOriginally posted by BillobShaisley View PostJust on the Arsenal point - They sold top players and bought Le Wickham, Bongo Hendersani, i'm not advocating that policy, strictly top quality replacements.
Also to be clear..by 'extensive research' I mean 'off the top of my head guestimates'

I am a bit unconvinced about the overall effect of Stevie in terms of training ground morale, I think there'd be winners and losers."that is my opinion and that is more important than what anyone else has to say about it" - Mr A.Fergusson, Oct 2011

I genuinely don't think I know enough about Aguero to compare him with SG. There is a huge amount of looking for all these fancy names from abroad to be signed up when often times I think people know sweet f.a about the player really. Like I see people calling for Eden Hazard etc etc. Can't say I'd recognise him walking down the street! I watch as much football as the next guy, but without seeing these players week in week out can people really judge them and really make a comparison in favour of that player over Gerrard?

Lets be honest here though, it does happen!!Originally posted by Pablo1981 View PostI didn't realise it was that easy. Quick, let's get a Deed Poll renaming Christian Poulsen as Lionel Messi then sell him for £200m
A name as famous as Stevie G has a price tag. Like buying Adidas for 3 times the price of Gola - providing they are exactly the same in terms of quality.

What, are you accusing people on a forum of basing their judgement of players on Football Manager?Originally posted by hoppermcgrath View Post
