he was also even more stupid for inexplicably not shaking the hand of evra which would probably have put the matter to bed. he disrepected kenny, the fans and everyone at the club by doing that.

as for kenny, he backed his player throughtout which is understandable and admirable but he should have nipped it in the bud long before the handshake(or lack of) incident at old trafford last weekend. instead he didn't accept and move on for the greater good of lfc. some of the comments he put out in the media showed his stubborness in handling the situation.

as for the club, the t-shirts idea proved to be a disaster and we were rightly ridiculed for it in the media. imagine if a united player was found guility of racially abusing glen johnson and the united players wore similar t-shirts...we'd all be up in arms.
I suggest you read this thread from page 1.
    Oh I don't know.

You might want to get your "facts" right before writing such an astonishing amount of ****e.

        194. The experts concluded their observations on Mr Suarez's account as follows. If Mr Suarez used the word "negro" as described by Mr Suarez, this would not be interpreted as either offensive or offensive in racial terms in Uruguay and Spanish-speaking America more generally

At the risk of igniting this tedious debate again, he admitted to referring to him as black, in Spanish, as part of a wider sentence to which there is no literal translation in English. That's it. No more than that.
          Oh I don't know.

Almost as suicidal as questioning Rafa and/or his net spend.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

All Im saying, Roger, is that if you want to move on then just move on and forget about it, if you can do that.

But dont say it and then open the debate again.

Incidentally as far as Im aware Suarez was NOT found guilty of racially abusing Evra, as is the popular version of events in the media. He was fould to have racially insulted Evra. Im not sure what the difference is, but thats what its says in the report.

i should have explained myself fully in my orginal post, instead of offering my opinion without justifying it.

anyway, i put my point of view across and that'll be all from me on this particular matter.

I'm still up for the fight, in my eyes Suarez is the victim - we should have battled on and contested the FA's verdict regardless of the likely consequences. Principles are everything, **** the FA and the media and the idiots who represent the likes of Kick Racism out of Football. They all have their own agendas.
I agree but we mustn't rock the FA boat now, must we? We must be seen to be kissing arses. You and I must 'get our minds right'.
