Is Simon Woolley, perchance, on the board of the Manchester United Foundation?

"Throughout the game Manchester United's Black captain Patrice Evra was booed, jeered and racially insulted by the Liverpool fans."

No wonder there are racial divides with spineless lying ****s like him spouting bollocks.

By the way yours & Red Polo's posts are excellent - you should post them on his blog/website, under his ****ty article.
I did but in my haste called him a chump so I doubt it will get posted.

It's on the Guardian website now, which is funny because the homophobic undertones expressed in the 'outrage' are not addressed by the right-on crowd. Obviously if it was a white person getting the hump about being portrayed as homosexual - with the logical conclusion being that homosexuality is bad - then they would have a ****ing lot to say about it.

What they are doing, is stirring up racial hatred with ****e accustaions like this, point scoring is their only motive here, and it's stuff like this that makes people ignore groups like these, and not take them seriously.

                Bloody idiots!

                    Racist football players

I believe for example in the case of Suarez that if you come to play football in THIS country and you make racist slurs on the pitch then the player should be deported. With regards to the Spanish player's decision to take part in something with racial utones he should be banned from playing for the rest of the season. There has to be some kind of serious action here because why do we want racists coming into this country when we already have plenty of our own? Suarez makes me sick, little does he realise that even his ethnicity, colouring, complexion, language could be subjected to racism. Maybe if he wasnt living in his prem footballer bubble he would know what it can be like for people of colour living in this country. I dont ever condone racism but it would be justice if one day someone refused to shake his hand for being a foreigner! Happened to my dad many times in the past.

Is there a difference between refering to people as "coloured" and "people of colour"? Alan Hansen was castigated for referring to people as coloured.

                            FWIW black isn't a colour.

Colour is pigment in light, black represents no light or pigment. When your telly is on the light behind the colour makes the image you see, if you see black on your TV (pure black) then there is no light being used which is the definition of a colour.
