Think there is a lot of football to be played and its not like Arsenal or Chelsea are looking capable of putting a run at the moment, I think Arsenal rode there luck a lot with that string of results they put together and I am just not feeling chelsea this campaign. Cup exploits aside, we have been very poor ourselves in the league. Of the last 5, we have won 1, drawn 2 and lost 2.

Cup exploits aside, we have been very poor ourselves in the league. Of the last 5, we have won 1, drawn 2 and lost 2.

With the exception of Bolton we have been genienly unlucky, no top team has got the better of us, we have be arguably the better team against all of the clubs, except Spurs away. We have been with out our most dangerous player, Andy Carroll has finally woken up, gerrard is back, Jay Spearing is filling in nicely ...we are on the up and up, I can see Lg results improving ... 1-1 against spurs at Home is not the end of the world .. we are 4 points off .. thats two draws ... Chelsea, Arsenal and Newcastle have a lot of mediocre performances left in them. It still there for us to take but no one is going to give it to us .

we have been very inconcsistent & toothless. I suppose we are lucky that Arsenal & Chelsea have also been pretty dire, and even then Chelsea are still 4 points ahead of us.

We have been unlucky with injuries etc but in truth we only have ourselves to blame! We should be at least 10 points better off, we have thrown points away. It is what it is, no point in rose tinting it, we have made things very tough for ourselves that's for sure

No doubt that if we fail it will be the draws at home that will be mostly to blame.

But there is plenty of games left still and as we are getting back to our best I see no reason to raise the White flag just yet.

Horrible run of fixtures for us, obviously United is going to be tough but for me Sunderland & Newcastle away are going to be very difficult games & are typical of games liverpool have dropped points in the past.

hence the need for a more attack minded mindset. we need to get stuck in, with a more attacking line up. four defenders and a defensive midfielder cuts our bollocks off and limits our strength in all out attack.
