Kuyt does allow Johnson to break forward. There's a reason why he seems to disappear at times but his work rate is incredible and he's still a threat upfront - he could have scored with a bit more composure.

Absolutely buzzing. Johnson magnificent throughout but every single one of them stood up to be counted. ****ing awesome.

I thought Enrique was awful today. Not just the goal, he just didn't seem his usual self altogether.

Quality though, very happy with that performance and the result, had a feeling we'd trump them, and not in the Woy kind of way. I really thought that Kuyt fluffed it at the end, but as soon as I saw Johnson get through on goal I was pretty confident. I'm happy for him, hope that'll give him confidence and he'll have some luck staying fit, I find the question marks some of our supporters have over him very surprising because he's a very good player. Maybe that will start to ease some doubts.

Andy Carroll looked as **** as ever in his only few minutes. He simply cannot play football nor stand up apparently.
