Sorry Lec, it's pretty obvious you are a big KD supporter but really they have both managed under totally different circumstances and it's hard to make any comparisons.

Its pretty obvious you dont know what you are talking about

I was VERY voiciferous when LFC sacked Rafa (even in the approach to his sacking)

I clearly stated I didnt want Rafa sacked and clearly stated it would be folly to sack him when others were calling for his head

My main belief was that we wouldnt find a manager better than him who would take over (how prophetic that was!!)

Thats not to say that Rafa didnt make mistakes because he clearly did, yes he was hampered by the ownership issue but some of his mistakes were self-inflicted also

The thing I find ironic is that a lot of the criticism being levelled at Kenny is EXACTLY the same criticism that many levelled at Rafa

Yet some people are now looking back with hindsight at Rafas tenure and seeing it as halcyon days were we played great attacking football and murdered everyone

Also lets not get into how Rafa would have been successful with the same money as Kenny has had, Rafa had his share of buys go wrong (Babel, Keane to name a few)

I suppose what I am saying is that its very easy to criticise in the here and now and then change your viewpoint with hindsight

Things are not as bad as some have suggested in recent weeks and things werent as great under Rafa as some have suggested either

      The truth lies somewhere between

I support Kenny because hes our manager, like I did with Rafa

The only time I have called for a managers head was when Roy was here (and it was obvious to even a blind man he wasnt right for us) and at the end of Ged's tenure when we clearly were going backwards

To get the best out of Gerrard you put him behind the striker, thus making the formation 4-4-1-1, if you have three players in the same line as him you are probably lining up with a 4-2-3-1. I think formations at least help in understanding how the team and the players are set up for the match.

Formations can then change during the game, and players can switch positions. Our 4-4-2 (4-4-1-1) is different to the one Tottenham play, don't think theirs changes much, their players are very well suited to that formation and it offers direct play.

Rafa's formation offered compact play and made it easy applying pressure to on the opponet. I'm not sure about Kenny's formation but seems to be very fluid and offering movement in the final third, but is vulnerable to leaving space in the middle.

          IMO
he did say it was relevant. and i agree with him

Mate, are you always this defensive? All I'm saying and I reiterate that no point comparing the 2 managers since they have both manage under different circumstances (although KD definitely managing under better times).

Btw, I might not be a big KD fan but I'm still right behind him as long as he is the manager.

I'm baffled as to how any Liverpool fan couldnt be a big Kenny fan.

The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Are you the one in black then?

It must have been an awesome experience! When watching the game on Mostars links it sounds like we outsung them most of the game! No wonder we get back to back wins there - We should rename it Anfield Bridge!! Well done to all the guys who supported our lads greatly!

"plastic flags" was a particular highlight for me, when it came to songs

And the pelters Torres got, followed by the emphatic singing of the Suarez song, was also pleasant.

As a player, I'm a big fan but as a manager this time round, I'm still not sure if he is right for the job. Guess its just me after what happen with Souness. Nevertheless, as mentioned before, I'm still supporting him fully.
