Well come to summer he would have been here for a year and half and thats enough time to come good. Get shut and move on IF he hasn't improved. It's not just him not scoring its his al round play. I never though i would have seen a LFC player wth a worse first touch than Kuyt but he does.

Not specific to this game, but he's not good enough. Some people are valiantly sticking to the 'give him a chance, he may come good' line but I suspect they know it's just wishful thinking. Still think Carroll is a decent striker. Just that nothing's going his way.

Was never worth 35 and will never be worth that much but he can score goals. maybe not this season though.

I think we are 1-1 in that department. We sold one and bought one and made 15m in the process and we should still be able to sell him in summer for at least 15 to 20m.

He's just too expensive option to be sitting on the bench and to me the problem with Carroll is that though the skill level will improve over time, as he starts to mature, he doesn't have in his arsenal enough ammunition to ever be the clinical finisher that we need.

Yep, he actually tried to calm the issue by not reacting and got booked for it. Unreal.

Well Kenny played Bellamy on the right but there is no point as he is too fast for Carroll and had to wait for him make his way into the box.

Not sure that presence of Downing from early on would make any significant difference.

Thought Downing was very good when he came on, needs to produce that drive and ambition consistently through games though.
