So easy for us looking on, he's the one with the fitness info though. "Shocking" management would be playing either or both when they aren't able to, leading to injuries etc. What's more important, Gerrard available for the rest of the season, or starting him in one game?

Who said start gerrard? Maxi for Downing is my real issue. Gerrard and Bellers should have been on at half time for me

The problem for him is that he doesn't seem to fit with our style of play, we play nice short passing play till we get to the box then we just throw crosses in, usually to just one player.

Never said start Gerrard or Bellers don't know where you're pulling that from MrM, but should have been on at half time.

Downing should never start for us, Kenny has issues with Maxi so it seems
