A hard fought game against a good team. Drawing at home to Spurs won't cost us a CL place; it's dropping points to the lesser teams that will do us in.
Skrtel was immense again. Carroll is improving, and Johnson was also pretty good. Unfortunately Kuyt was back to his frustrating worst with attrocious distribution and general all-round play.

We are. And We have played 2 games less. Exactly one year ago today......However the football is not better.

Gerrard looked sharp tonight I thought, first real glimpse of him getting back to his explosive best and it's no wonder it happened when he played as the furthest forward of the 3. That turn in the first half on the right was
The ball didn't quite run for him at times though sadly and at times we struggled to pick him out despite his clever movement, something Lucas does very well (and Alonso obv did before him)
Sack swinging like Dub-D40 on a door hinge

@luis16Suarez
Special night after I could play again with my teammates. A pitty we couldn't get the 3 points. Now it's time to add minutes little by little!
Noche especial después de poder volver a jugar con mis compañeros. Una lástima que no hayamos podido sumar los tres puntos. Ahora a sumar minutos poco a poco!Member #1 of the Luis Suarez fan club

Explosiveness was there, technique, touch etc.
Almost Stevie from few years back.
Still needs time but his form has been encouraging.Member #1 of the Luis Suarez fan club
