If he could be trusted to do a little bit of a defensive job ala dirk I'd play him right of carroll with bellamy on the left, in a 3 becoming two when required. I wouldn't want either luis or bellamy hugging the touchline. he played similar at times for ajax.

He hasn't scored enough pre the suspension to warrant being a 100% starter for me. he is our most skillful player, ability wise but he tries to be too clever at times. he should be picked on form and that goes for the rest of them. play him back in and then hopefully he'll come good, the team clicks and we go on a run.

But I think Kenny will play him and carroll as a two for most of the rest of the season. which will mean 442 like it or not. then we need to play downing and bellamy on their natural sides and go for it.
I did ask it seriously, as it didn't seem that you included him in your United master plan.

I don't think you rate Suarez, if I'm honest. your entitled to your opinion of course as everyone else is, but I think your completely wrong.

I think Suarez is, by a distance, our best attacking player.

He makes things happen with his movement, pace and trickery. Something that minus Bellamy we don't have in the team.

It's no coincidence that our best two chances in the match came after he came on, He brings something to the field that Carroll doesn't and never will be able too.

Our problem IMO is that we are playing two very different second strikers and expecting them to be goalscoring strikers.

Carroll will never score 30 a season and reminds me of Heskey, or Zamora. The players that will win balls for you in the air and play passes into your goalscoring striker.

Whereas Suarez will run round the behind a Goalscoring striker, He wont get you 30 goals either but will open up defenses with one-two's and dribbles around the defence.

He wasn't bought to be a goalscorer IMO, he was brought to feed the Goalscorer that at the time was Torres, So IMO Luis is doing the job he was bought for well. Just need someone to get banging them in.

The difference being he meant to kick his opponent and Luis kick was purely accidental.

Felt like a defeat that, we deserved to win.

The most frustrating thing about this season is that we've actually been playing well. No team has outplayed us (apart from Spurs away in that farce of a game), we've played well against the big teams, we've had plenty of chances against the little teams, but we just can't score.

We're a good team and we play good football. If only we had a game changer and / or goalscorer we'd be right up there.

                  So ****ing frustrating.

Ffs, we've got a whole week of this ****, Suarez has got to be very very strong, i'm not sure he's even capable of keeping his emotions under control when faced with pricks the like of Rooney and co!

Hope he manages to keep a level head.

And Rooney, watching on TV, tweeted: ‘If ref sees that kick from suarez and books him for it it should be red.’

he frustrates me. i didn't like garcia for the same reasons. its my problem and I need to get over it.

I have to remember the postive luis and not the 8 weeks prior to suspension where he looked, drained, slow, ponderous and a little clumsy. ok I've just watched some you tubes clips and yes he's great. start the cunt on saturday.

Yep, so close yet so far. It's ****ing annoying. Theres defo a hell of a lot of good aspects to us. Knowing our luck we'll sort all the attacking problems out in the summer then Agger will get injured for a year and Skrtel will turn ****.

This kick Rooney is on about, was Luis booked ? It's not something that's likely to be retrospectively dealt with, no ?

Very flat tonight....felt so uninspired and when I look around at our team it is just plain and simple...we do not have enough players of the level expected at this football club. There are just 3 or 4 players who are not good enough to wear the shirt week in and week out.

We will always get some decent results here and there but to be consistent we will need more than what we have.

Exactly what I was thinking. We'll be scoring four goals per game next year but we'll be shipping goals a la our Roy Evans team in the 90's.

I could accept being seventh if we were ****. But we're far from ****. Argh.
