We did enough to win the game in the first quarter of it, if we could finish. The problem is we cant. So teams get a second and third and fourth chance, whereas with a Fowler in the side, the game would be over.

Ergo, a finisher makes a massive difference. It doesnt send us to utopia, but it makes a huge difference when it comes to amassing points.

We would have to sell current strikers to replace them with finishers, which means Carroll would probably be moved on. As much as i love Suarez, will he stay or be sacrificed? Thats kind of my point, feels like back to the drawing board next season, so while we are doing it, lets make sure the vision fits, and that comes back to the manager.

We're a **** show craig and only a blind man would have any other view. unless you're happy with mid-table mediocrity, we look to be headed nowhere else.

we've been average since Christmas. we look really disorganised and have done pretty much all season. tactically naieve. opposition dont really have a lot to worry about from us & that shows in recent results. no one fears us anymore. its depressing.

What's disgraceful then? Poor, average, disorganised, naive (that's how it's spelt BTW) etc.

Story of the season. Should be ahead but aren't. One attack and they score. Just surprised that deflected effort of theirs' didn't go in too. While KD bemoans luck it's hard not to sympathise with him in this game. How that wasn't a penalty given is beyone me - yet commentators seemed undecided. Red and penalty ffs.

Back to the drawing board? Why? When a consistent finisher would make such a difference?

If we identify a good couple of signings, and one of them is a proper finisher, we're a million times better.
