With everyone fit, I would have thought this would still have been their best line up in light of the forthcoming CL final.

This basically rules out the need to play Carroll as Terry and Ivanovic can more than handle high balls. But Suarez, Bellamy and Gerrard running at the CBs...tantalising.

We can get some joy with Bellamy and Enrique running at Bosingwa

He now looks a better CB than he ever did at RB

Carragher will be starting 100% sure of this. Played every FA Cup game this season, he needs to perform or he could cost us big time.

you would want downing running at bosingwa at every chance because although the swinger is quick he cant defend for ****.

we need to get enrique involved down this side too because when downing cuts in, he will leave an ocean of space for enrique to move into. Bosingwa's positional sense is really poor and he gets caught out a lot with balls played in between him and the central defender.

Would love to see Gerrard & Suarez isolating Bosingwa and playing between him and Ivanovic, Bellamy adds pace and can track Cole. Carroll has played well with Gerrard behind him and he gives us added presence defensively, at set-pieces, as Chelsea (to my perception) have a height advantage generally. Spearing has looked terrible lately, and Shelvey although raw, is superior technically IMO – he just needs to keep it simple. The rest picks itself.

you know that in the first 5 mins downings gonna rip him a new arsehole and then not do it again.
