It was interesting to see Gerrard barking out orders in the dressing room, talking about short passing and stuff. (Episode 3)

'all the ****ing moaning' do me a favour, we are in the worst run in the clubs history and there is almost universal support for BR. In my time on this site I have never witnessed such patience under adversity.

However the run we are on gives cause for concern, as do some of the things we have seen on the doc. Lets hope we start winning some games soon, and you can start an 'I told you so' thread eh.
          No I won't.
Fact, there's lots of moaning in this place.

To be fair, BR is getting a hell of a lot of goodwill, support, and everyone is willing him to do well. Everyone can see that there is a lot of work for him to get through, and we all want him to turn it round and see him do well.

I can't see anybody moaning about that.
                Oh I don't know.

Wasn't it you calling him a blagger earlier?

No, not explicitly. I said that I wouldn't want to work for him, expressed concerns about his management style and I was getting a bit worried with what I was hearing from him...

I don't think he's even talking a good game. I'm starting to think he's a blagger, and I've seen plenty of those on my time.

I'm starting to fear the worst.
But of course as a fan, I'll support him 100%. If his style works at LFC with the players that he has, then that's great. If not, then it'll be anything but great.

Also, I had watched 'Being...' just after seeing the Stoke game so I was perhaps not in the best mood.

That really was very, very weird. I assumed he was taking the piss.

I dunno. So far I don't think the series has made any serious faux pas. My non-Liverpool supporting friends have been watching and seem to like it so far, too, so at least in my microcosmic version of the greater community of football supporters, we're coming across well. Think it's got the right balance between generic and interesting to attract viewers who don't follow football while simultaneously keeping genuine Liverpool supporters interested. In the long run, I don't think it will be harmful. Really, I can't see the documentary having any effect, except in terms of a helpful (perhaps) revenue stream. And BR does say cringey things every now and then but I think he comes across much as he has in his pressers... collected, confident, etc.

Hah kept wondering what the doc had done to get you all talking about him.

Fecking hell what a miserable dick. Wouldn't last long around the banter at my work.

                              I found it hilarious.

It was clear everyone knew he was a moody *******, And Joe Allen was trying so hard not to laugh.
