This is a thread is it not about the documentary. So in that case we are allowed to comment on items contained within it. Its true I don't know how Kenny or Rafa were behind the scenes but I can see what Rodgers is like and whether this snapshot is a true reflection or not he comes across to many people as a cock at times.

If I was sat listening to that drivel game in game out I personally would have switched off. I think the same applies to the more established players. Thats why I also said I think his ideas will come across better with the young players. I can see the naivety being a plus point. They know little else so will or should take what he says as gospel. This is a good thing.

I do quite like the man but we must remember he has achieved nothing yet, absolutely nothing. So we have nothing but instinct to go by and blind faith. We all want him to succeed. We don't all have to love the man.

Why the **** do you feel the need to call our ****ing Manager Brenda .. its ****ing disrespectful and what you would expect from opposition fans. You dont have to to ****ing love the man just a bit of basic ****ing decency and respect, he is the ****ing manager of our football club.

I think the scene with Carroll has gotten too much attention. Reading into Rodgers body language/demeanor/words. He outright came and said Carroll was going. What is there to read there?

It is a very superficial look at the club. Clearly things have been cut that we are not supposed to see. So it is pointless seeing it as anything but entertainment because of that. If it was true all access, we would have seen transfer negotiations, Rodgers meeting with his staff (away from the players) things like that. But we don't, all we see is the gloss. Which is exactly how it should be with something like this.

Too be honest it is on the same level as these reality programs that are so derided. They do not represent a complete reality.

There were about 3 posts about that scene. The rest of the posts have been a reaction to those posts. Is that over analysis of the posts? Probably not because it is a discussion. That is what happens. Nobody is getting narky (apart from Fredo maybe Edit, and Nicey).

It's true that we don't have a context, but we can see what has been said and that should be enough to have a discussion about it if you wish to, on an internet forum of all places. Seriously, if you don't want to read a discussion on it, you can go to a different thread to read over analysis of some other subject matter.

I think there is a context to this.

It looks to me, that Rodgers is deliberately employing techniques he has learnt. Be it body language, motivational techniques or whatnot. He comes across as a person that has studied this kind of thing extensively. Maybe he has, maybe he hasn't - I don't know. But I have never come across anyone communicating like that naturally.

On the trailer for next weeks episode it showed BR giving either Sterling or Suarez a real rollicking whilst sat in the dressing room at HT vs City.

I think it must have been Sterling as i cant see BR talking to Suarez like that. Strange thing is that they both had a good game that day.
