Downing played a lot better when carroll came on. Giving a wide player a target changes his mentality and that showed with downing. Its almost like he has purpose to his game.

We don't counter with any venom. Chelsea do, Arsenal do, United do, City do, Newcastle do, Tottenham do.

Ramires is by far Chelsea's best player.

Downing and Henderson aren't Liverpool players, they wouldn't put there head in somewhere they might get hurt. I counted at least 4 occasions where Downing could have just put his head on a 50/50 ball and would have won a freekick straight away.

At the end of the day, we didnt turn up for the majority of the match. It was already over before we starting playing with a bit of belief and fight.

Perfectly good goal? Referee and his assistant didn't agree and from the angles I've seen it isn't 100% conclusive.
