Thanjk you.

It's also rather offensive to assume that all American owners are the same. Your lumping them all together as the last owners said we were a franchise.
It's a word to describe a business ffs, it's what we are to them, hardly an 'attack'! how touchy are some people these days, i'm sure everyone is on edge or something with all this, must be..

i think you're making quite an assumption there. in fact i think you've been making an awful lot of them over the past month or so, and it gets right on my tits.
i don't have a personal problem with you or anything fredo, but you haven't half jumped to a few conclusions lately.
I can see where Nigel is coming from though Dave, he is upset, pissed off and frustrated like most of us but these guys have been given nowhere near enough time to show what their plans are for the club.
From what they've done so far they've been fairly positive and decisive from what I can see and for that reason I will reserve judgment on them.
Klopp on LFC vs MUFC (March 9th 2016) - "This is why I love football. This is why we watched it when we were young. I can still not have enough of it."
Always, keep your face to the sun, and shadows will fall behind you.
Why do you say that about Martinez? Bruce had them at 11th in the league and since Roberto has been there they've finished 15th and 16th twice, hovering above relegation. I don't see what the deal is with him at all.
martinez tries to play good football and unfortunatley 9 times out of ten you will be beaten by better teams who also want to play football because they have better footballers than what wigan have got.
Bruce mixed it up a lot more so they defended a lot better and were more compact. Under martinez they're more attack minded hence they get slaughtered most of the time.

No ****ing way should we be looking down any league for recruitment of our manager
It simply has to be someone who is better equipped to do a better job than who we just sacked. It was a massive risk getting rid of Dalglish, they just have to have something a lot more impressive than Roberto ****ing Martinez.
A uniting figure who has the respect of the majority will go a long way to FSG calming the rabid doubters.

it is attack. it's rhetoric to push this agenda that they don't understand what it means to believe in a club, and frankly i think it's bull****. i realize it's an opinion, but the way that some people drop the word franchise into what they're saying is just condescending, divisive nastiness.

Martinez is also the real architect of this Swansea Club which everybody is drolling over right now

I do think that even if Benitez wouldn't be considered by FSG as a potential manager they should speak to him and seek his advice. It seems quite clear that our owners haven't got a clue with regards to footballing matters, they need guidance from people with genuine insight and with Liverpool's best interests. I'd love Rafa to get another chance, but I understand why the owners might be reluctant to bring him back. No harm in communicating with him though.

So what you're saying is that he doesn't know how to play to his teams strengths?

All we know so far is Martinez will be interview and Rodgers has rejected us.
If Rafa isn't considered then that will be up there with the single most stupid ****ing decisions ever made. Martinez is a really likeable man, but since when do we want to be mates with the media the way they treat us. Give us Rafa, give them hell.

Theres an enormous difference between the FSG & H+G
Still FSG could be wrong with their course of action, just not as wrong as H&G
Bob Paisley - "This club has been my life. I'd go out and sweep the street and be proud to do it for Liverpool if they asked me to."

How is it divisive? It's the same meaning as corporation or business. What's wrong with that?
Fact is that this club is a potential ****ing goldmine.
