I thought Pep was on a break and meant it it tbh. The quote doing the rounds is pretty amazing.

I'm sure chelsea will be in for him though. It will be hard to encourage him to come to Liverpool-----------------------------------------------

If Guardiola is available and looking for work we we have to be in for himOriginally posted by kop-al-74 View PostInteresting news on skysports news saying pep guardiola is ready to listen to job offers. Out of nearly 400 fans only 9 think Martinez is the best choice for manager.
Interesting statistic that.
If he gets the job and that sample is reflected across a full house then at the first home game only a thousand out of forty five thousand fans will think Martinez is the right choice.
He'd better hit the ground running.

Its impossible to tell with his win/loss ratio. Its Wigan and Swansea.Originally posted by Bender View PostMartinez's managerial record

were heading into the abyss if he becomes our manager...how the hell are we going to entice big name players*Except Michael, who died.

Ive decided that Im never going to be totally happy with the manager, so whatever FSG decides is fine with me. Ill give the new guy a season and see how he goes.
As long as we play nice attacking football, I can deal with not winning much for a year or 2 until we get back to the position we need to be.
If trophies need to be sacrificed to get into 4th, so be it. We need Champions League football to become to power we were before.*Except Michael, who died.
