Rodgers and LVG is unexpected for me, but I would love us to play possession football with flair... I wonder who we will target to bring in now in terms of players... Exciting!
have to say, I have found this process to be aggravating in terms of our support slagging off the owners and our candidates and hilarious in how well FSG and company have played the media... All of these "FSG destroying Liverpool, aimlessly flapping without a plan" fools are about to get PWNED. FSG havent PWNED anybody yet ffs they havent even appointed anybody
Besides thats even before we start talking about the candidates including Rodgers

The interesting part is how he breaks the pitch in to zones and the flexibility in the formation. Maybe just read the middle bit after the pretty picture in the middle.
The picture I liked. The other part that caught my eye was the bit underneath which seemed to suggest his formation morphed into a 1-2-6-1
That's when I stopped reading.

It's been days and days of speculation of what this new set up will be and who will fill the required posts. We still havn't learned to much about these questions but i have gone past caring. I honestly dont think we are a club that has to accept another rebuilding phase outside the top four and with no champo's league...the longer we stay out of it the harder it will be for us to stay in it.Originally posted by BrooklynRed View PostRodgers and LVG is unexpected for me, but I would love us to play possession football with flair... All i want to see is a full on liverpool attack on and off the pitch...especially on the pitch. No more playing it safe just full on destroying the opposition for the whole 90 minutes!! I just want good solid consistent football with stevie g specials bangin 'em in from all angles and wingers with flair who leave defenders tangled in their own twisted up legs and big Andy Carroll smashing his head through a few crosses into the box!! C'mon Liverpool!! YNWA

Well, that's your opinion mate, but to me, it seems the UK press have been tripping over themselves to paint LFC as a sinking ship, using pure speculation and their own print deadlines to make it seem as if FSG are fools who haven't a clue, etc etc. It has all been speculation.Originally posted by Lecter View PostFSG havent PWNED anybody yet ffs they havent even appointed anybody

If they have done due diligence, which it seems from some ITKs, by passing on AVB and Martinez because they don't want to fit in with the required oversight and structure, and still come up trumps with a manager who plays beautiful possession football and a DOF who can draw big name players to the club, and all the while pundits and blowhards have been slagging the club off (and our support doing the same), for me, that is pure Pwnership. Everyone talks about the Liverpool way of doing things; FSG and Ayre have handled their business well IMO. Like the manager or not, the process as it relates to the press/leaks should make many people feel utterly foolish come Friday."Our legacy begets an excellence that surpasses the particulars of who produces it." -- David Carr

Spot on mate. I'm actually excited at the prospect of seeing a "keep ball" LFC drive everyone ****ing crazy. The day you stop dreamin' is the day you might as well pack in watchin the game.Originally posted by Ams12 View PostIt's been days and days of speculation of what this new set up will be and who will fill the required posts. I have one word to offer - honesty. I couldn't be devious if I tried. Joe Fagan.

Beautiful possession football - flmao do me a favour. Dont get me wrong I like the football he plays but I think you are grossly exaggerrating it
As for the press leaks well if Rodgers is the manager and it appears he is by the plethora of rumours leaking out then they havent kept their business that quiet because they have yet to even find agreement with Swansea (if you believe Swansea's chairman) and already the press and a billion other people seem to know itBob Paisley - "This club has been my life.
