    Well, this is how ...

Henry wrote that NESV is not looking to take money out of Liverpool in the short term – pointing to investment in the Red Sox as evidence – but to increase the club's value by building it up. "This is the wrong business to get into for profit," he argued. "Some day [hopefully a long time from now] these clubs and businesses will probably be worth more than we paid for them, but only if we do the right things day-to-day for the long term."

He explained that among Premier League clubs, he most approves of the financial methods at Arsenal. They borrowed to build the Emirates Stadium, and despite instability among the major shareholders, none has taken a dividend and the club's substantial profits are available for investment in the club. "I admire Arsenal very much," Henry said, "and part of that is that they are profitable. To me, the word profitable means sustainable – able to sustain a business that has a high degree of excellence. Again I would refer to Arsenal."

I'm looking forward to fresh ideas and tactics as well as some new players.

His style of play suits the man in charge of the academy no?

It doesnt make sense to me.

There is a massive difference between us already agreeing with Brendan to make him Manager and Swansea saying we haven't asked permission to spk to him. If we asked Wigan officially then why wouldnt we do the same for Swansea?

Doesn't add up and thats why I doubt all this Brendan Rodgers talk

Since we don't have the Champions League football to offer, and we are not offering big wages (Suarez is the highest paid player signed by FSG, at £80,000 per week) we would have a serious problem to attract top talent with such a low profile manager ... Sorry to say, but FSG are getting this terribly wrong, and there is no-one competent at the club to correct this massive mistake ...
            Ok thanks for playing

More than anything, the big three names have not ruled themselves out yet.

That's a good thing. Looking at the bottom line is a good thing. It ensures stability and long-term viability.

Regardless, it's beside the point entirely. Whether or not FSG or Arsenal properly make use of CL qualification doesn't change the fact that CL qualification is hugely important, much more so than winning domestic cups. Maybe FSG will end up being terrible owners who don't reinvest enough in the club, but that's a discussion for another day (preferably once we see how this appointment turns out).

we run one set of owners out of town for putting the club in debt, and now some people want to do it again because the new ones want to set the club up so that it's stable and can stand on its own two feet.

Well, if they have acted honorably, I would have trusted them more ... Unfortunately, the latest signs are not good ... They have sacked a hugely popular manager with a legendary status at the club, and are pursuing unproven young and cheap managers as his replacement ... They are refusing to pursue top candidates like Rafa or Capello, who have been available and willing to take over the job ... They have sacked their own Director of Football, and according to our club's Managing Director, they have no plans of replacing him directly ... They have appointed Ian Ayre for the day-to-day running of the club, knowing that he has failed miserably in the same role at a much smaller club like Huddersfield ... No progress at all has been made with the new stadium ... As much as I would like to be positive, everything point out to the opposite ...
