Could be they just want to start a fresh, clean the slate and build from there. That could well include a decision not to go back to a manager sacked just 2 years ago. We don't really know the owners plans but I strongly believe they want to install new faces on a lot of fronts, and it will be a waste of everybody's time interviewing past employees if the case.Comment
