You always trot the same line do you?

We were ****e, but performances were always going to be up and down, especially with a largely second string line up. Rodgers need to be given time.
        Are we winning?

We made about 9 changes to our first team who sit 12th in the league. Swansea were full strength.

I think people are being ridiculous if they thought we'd win this.

              its not.

utd lost at home to palace last year, a championship team. we lost to a decent premier league team. Who started today who would be considered first choice?

There is no way we are at a level we can make so many changes and expect a fluent cohesive performance. its needs must. resting players from sunday for the weekend. the league these days is more important.

We started one down, you can't just look at the second half in isolation like that, it is meaningless.

Jones had a cracking game tonight.

I agree with you. We know we lack fire power following the transfer window **** up. We had a reserve defence and gave **** players a chance, and player we know can do it didn't turn up. It didn't work, mainly because our MF of Shelvey and Allen got bossed and looked way off the pace. Allen in particular was terrible, looked half sleep. That's life.

Think i've said apologist about 3 times in mylife Nige.

Course he needs time, he will get it and rightly so... not his fault got screwed over in transfer market!!! but performances and results have to improve. There has to be some sign of progression.

We need a clear out but we can't blame Rodgers. He is only working with what he has got. He has been forced to play the likes of Downing, Henderson, Cole, Carragher through the week because of the amount of fixtures. After 3-4 more transfer windows we'll gradually see the team transforming and having meaningful depth added to it. Give it time. Its a work in progress.

It's interesting when you reach the semis. Same as the Europa. No one cares until the latter stages. If knocked out early doors who gives a ****.

Especially when they score two on the counter attack as we pushed on chasing the game.

Not even angry...haven't watched it as couldn't find it on anywhere so can't comment on performance but it sounds like we were ****e...

But I wasn't expecting much, our first eleven isn't up to much and we have such a weak squad that a second string XI wasn't going to set the world on fire.

We are average at be stand without two or three players coming in January and a bit of luck on injury front in the second half of season, we will do well to finish 8th imo

Not blaming Rodgers so much for it, I like his ideas and at times we have seen it come together and it looks good but unfortunately he is paying the price of mismanagement by past regimes.

It's November! Write this season off and pray for some serious investment from somewhere
