Overreaction from everyone. Yes we shouldn't be losing these games but we made 9 changes to the team whereas Swansea had a strong team out with some talented players.

I was at this one, so might have missed some things. What stood out for me was the shocking state of Joe Cole, how tired Joe Allen looked and from where I was, it looked like Downing missed an open goal from Gerrard's shot - did he?
Joe Cole - I can't believe we started him. Massive, massive mistake. He was puffing and blowing after 5 minuted of light running. Hands on hips, he looked hungover. I find the whole Cole thing ****ing offensive. all that money going into his bank account and he can't even make the effort to be make sure he's fit enough to run for 10 minutes. Its unbelievable. Obscene. we're paying £90k a week for an out of shape, physical wreck. He's no athlete.
Joe Allen needs a rest. The sooner Lucas comes back the better.
Henderson looked terrible at right back, kept losing his man, looking around him bewildered.
Yesil seemed to have trouble with his first touch.
Suarez - well he can't do it all on his own can he? Sooner we can get some quality around him the better.
Downing's wasn't an open goal but it was a dire miss. Could have taken it on his left, I reckon, and gone for the other corner. The other "corner"...i.e. sailing over the bar or miles wide.

I thought we were very poor today, we never really got going. I guess that is what you have to expect when we make so many changes. It was a mis-match of a team in all honesty.
Joe Cole was awful and rightly taken off at half time a shocking player - I'd be happy if I never saw him in a LFC shirt again.
Yesil looked out of his depth I was hoping that he could come in and make an impact the reality of the situation is that he's no where near ready.
Henderson playing out of position at right back didn't really work for me. I'm not really sure what the plan was here, but it didn't work.
Downing I thought did ok in the first half and I thought he was probably our best player not that that was saying much, but I thought he faded in the second half. I think after that miss he went er... missing
Jones I thought did well he made a number of good saves, there were a couple of nervous moments but he did well and but for him the scoreline could have been alot worse
Perhaps the worst thing was that defensively we were all over the place, I know we had to chase the game but even before that they were carving us open way too easily.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
I was in the upper Centenary and Joe cole just looked awful. He looked ****ed after running out of the tunnel before the game even kicked off.
Downing's miss was terrible and he should have scored. One thing is for sure We have 1 fit striker, 1 winger (17 years old), 1 fit actual right back and 1 good goalkeeper in our entire squad. The less games the better. It's a blessing in disguise.
By 1 winger I mean who's fit to wear the Liverpool shirt, before smart arses mention Downing's name.

Liverpool boss Rodgers dismisses Shelvey, Downing, and Cole with a brutal analysis—"Allen looked like he was playing in midfield by himself"

I like that from Rodgers ^ but Allen was poor today as well and he should really take some blame too. That's hardly his fault though. He has been overplayed. We need Lucas back so bad.
EDIT: I just realised I totally contradicted myself there. Allen should take the blame but its hardly his fault. WHAT AM I LIKE
Not even angry...haven't watched it as couldn't find it on anywhere so can't comment on performance but it sounds like we were ****e...
But I wasn't expecting much, our first eleven isn't up to much and we have such a weak squad that a second string XI wasn't going to set the world on fire.
We are average at be stand without two or three players coming in January and a bit of luck on injury front in the second half of season, we will do well to finish 8th imo
Not blaming Rodgers so much for it, I like his ideas and at times we have seen it come together and it looks good but unfortunately he is paying the price of mismanagement by past regimes.
It's November! Write this season off and pray for some serious investment from somewhere
Good post Mike.
