I'd still play a weakened side for the last game.Couldn't give a **** if we get knocked out.

get our league form right and take it from there.

            Some sympathy with that, yes.

Lets all invert the ****ing triangle.

Whatever the **** it takes to stop leaking these soft goals. Time and time again two of the three central midfielders get left behind the ball and were ****ed. Sahin cannot play that role and imo nobody can.

Rodgers needs to either learn from that or face up to not being good enough.. Not saying he won't come good but this is a massive lesson for him. Learn and move on or continue and end up mediocre.

2-1 the best managers see it out, we literally started going forward more and taking risks. Defending is a big apart of the game as attacking.

We should have won that easily.

You have to question our approach when we're that open late in games defending a one goal lead.

Thought Sahin, and to an extent, Cole did well.

Shelvey was our MOTM & Suso also looked lively.

We need to stop this idea of playing our **** unwanted midfielders in defence. It's just not working in any sense.

Yep, league is the priority. Would be nice if we could start closing out games though.

We sit back and bring on defenders instead and concede and the criticism is even stronger.

Gerrard didn't even try and get back for the second goal

                            - We're probably going to draw next week and get knocked out by YB
                            - We should bench Gerrard and Reina
                            - It feels as if we're destined to be out of every competition while still botching the league

Another throw away, gaps everywhere in second half. Some good performances but once again can't finish a game off, naive defending & too much space in front of back four. Make things so hard for ourselves. Gerrard & Hendo had mares, although Henderson isn't a a RB..far from it. Shelvey was excellent, worked so hard. Assaidi is nowhere near ready for the first team, lot of tricks and quick feet and..... nothing else.
