Saw a lot of "under Rafa" comments before. Under Rafa we were almost out of the champions league at the last game of the group stage the year we won it So who really knows eh.

Lucas is a top dm and allen has tremendous recovery pace but if one of them is missing the whole system falls apart because there isnt another lucas and there isnt another joe allen.

A bit of both I think but hopefully we'll learn and grow from this. We must tighten up especially when winning late on. If we can sort this out, it'll be a decent season.

The shape of the team isn't there yet consistently but should and must improve.

Whatever the **** it takes to stop leaking these soft goals. Time and time again two of the three central midfielders get left behind the ball and were ****ed. Sahin cannot play that role and imo nobody can.

Nail on head. ..... when the hell is this going to be addressed by Rodgers. The lack of urgency to get behind the ball when we lose it at times is frustrating. Henderson shoukd have been busting his balls to get goal side of the attacker for their first goal.

I couldn't believe that after retaking the lead we didn't change it and got gerrard or shelvey to drop back and sit infront of the defence to offer some protection. We should have shut up shop but we were too open and let them take pot shots from outside the box all night. I can't remember the last time Riena actually saved a half decent shot on goal He is a shaddow of what he use too be.

I can't see us getting aything against udinese away if im honest. Personally I'd have played our strongest possible side tonight to get the win and qualification sorted out and then we could have just taken a load of youngsters and fringe players to Udinese. Now we have to take a strong team which may have a negative impact on the following league games and I still wouldn't have much faith in us getting a result there.

I agree we need to "tinker" with our tactics though, we don't have to pass it around the back four, we have conceded so many needless goals from doing that this season.

It looks great in the final third but just stick to the basics in defence.
