It wasn't a good performance, or a **** one. The whole game was a massive pile of meh.

Rodgers decision for me are getting worse.

I knew he wouldn't bring Gerrard off, no matter how bad he is he just feels almost inferior at the club to him IMO. Harsh yeah probably but we all seen Gerrard needing to come off, this mans paid to see it.

Henderson was invisible but made no mistakes, while Allen continues his indifferent form. Challenges on the edge of the area very Charlie Adam like.

Just find it odd we reverted back to Enrique (who deserves it) Downing and Henderson after Rodgers has publicly hinted at their future at the club being in doubt. AH well.

Theres just nothing in the final 3rd of the pitch. Suarez had about 4 or 5 swansea players round him most of the game when we were on the attack and there was no movement hen we were looking to open them up. I do think Rodgers will do well with liverpool but he needs to tweak his tactics so we create more in the final 3rd. Like i said possession means nothing when you don't create and the other team nick a goal or two as they will let us have it all day long.

Lucas back will help us out but not as much as people think IMO.

Allen, Downing, Henderson and Sterling were as bad.

I thought Sterling was excellent in the first half. Whole team were a bit **** in the second half. The over hit pass for Suarez when we were two on one was criminal though.

Offer nothing imo, especially playing in the most forward position. Completely anonymous.

Allen and Gerrard have been consistently poor for the past few weeks. At least Henderson was tidy and kept the ball. I agree he could have done more at times, but overall he wasn't bad.

It was a very clumsy performance and summed up what Laudrup said about the tactics he inherited.

Lots of possession not enough goals. I don't think new players will help, the formation needs tweaking.

We are misplacing too many easy balls too, I just can't understand it.

However. Our defence is improving.

Formation relies on players who can fit in. We still haven't got the balance quite right but I was expecting that. He needs more transfer windows.

Interesting comparison of Allen and Adam.His last few games have been very Adam like (with us, not with Blackpool or indeed Stoke where he's scoring )
