I see Prandelli has admitted that he wishes Sterling and Sturridge were Italian so he could pick them for the World Cup.

Totally at odds with this supposed arrogance he had

Didnt Rodgers turn down chance of signing him that August due to attitude concerns or is that bull****?

For all the faults of the 'committee', you have to credit them when they pick out players like Sturridge, Coutinho, Diego Costa and others before they could really show their value.

Seems a bit strange then in all honesty. Has never come across that way since being here

He is what I call a 'baller', a street player like Luis, Coutinho and Sterling. We need these types of players who are not scared to try some audacious skills and express themselves on the pitch.

He has been a total breath of fresh air and I cannot believe I ever doubted him. FFS what was I thinking. Love the bloke.

You sound like Jamie Redknapp, he "literally" says that about Suarez every time he talks about him

Thought the problem then was that we looked to get him on loan that August, and that Sturridge and/or Chelsea were not interested in anything less than a permanent move
I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

Yes but wasnt the whole loan idea because of doubts over attitude? If i remember correctly the committee were pushing to do the deal but Rodgers wanted only a loan and Chavs said no
