another rumour - this one though is a bit more serious... but take it as you will.

- he is currently suffering with what the team think is mild depression and has no interest in football whatsoever, hes lost his appetite and motivation to play and see's no other avenues but his faith in god. He doesnt want to be with the other players and has moved to distance himself from the dressing room. He wants to be alone where he can do his own thing and focus on the only thing that makes him happy.

The other players / management team cannot get through to him and nobody can understand why this is happening. They all think he's gone mad and the word that has been used is 'hermit'. He wont retire because he likes the money, but equally he knows that with klopp's 10 day training rule he has a way out, as long as he comes along and trains 3/4 days then has another week off he wont be asked to play. he wants to stay out of the limelight and prefers to be alone. The club are pushing him to play but he has absolutely no interest in doing so.

This layoff is definitely not injury related - the issues arent physical and the club dont know what the issue is.

to sum it up all - there is no doubting his ability, but he clearly can not be relied up and we can't afford to carry him - I'd sell/get rid/replace as soon as we can to be honest
