Can't believe that some are suggesting we keep him next season. He's a fantastic talent no doubt but he's also a supremely frustrating one. He's just too unreliable to consider keeping. We can't build a team around him.

We've got so many games next season he could be useful. Just play him in the Champs League (assuming all goes well) I reckon he'd do well against European teams. Getting another forward in and hoping he hits the ground running and scoring is not a given...

If he would be happy with a bit part, and we are able to bring in a top class striker, then I'd love for him to stay. But I'm not sure we can afford the luxury of not needing to play someone who is on a fortune in wages and who would still bring in a decent amount if soldI saw a dead fish on the pavement and thought "what did you expect?"

You can't find his quality easily. Look how well he took that goal and made the fourth. But if he is only playing 10 games a season then what's the point...

He's made 22 apperances for us this season. Scored six goals. 2 of which were in the league.

Play him home and away vs the ****e sides with a partner who runs for him (Firmino) and he makes the difference. I genuinely think he is worth keeps even if we only get 25 games a season from him.Originally posted by Buzzo View PostComment
