Made it through the game and from watching Motd he seemed involved in the build up to two goals. He's turned the corner hasn't he

He’s great in that 10 position.

Got immense skills, can pick a pass. I’d like to see him there more.

Just needs to get a little more involved, sometimes the game seems to pass him by. But it's nice to see him get an injury free run going, touch wood.

he got clattered to the ground by some big daft apeth in a burgundy tshirt and i thought he'd be on the ground like a broken digestive.

Not the new and improved Daniel! This Daniel is more like a stale hobnob, and is able to withstand more robust treatment.

Meh, he's not productive enough. Still handy to have from the bench at some point i guess while his contract runs down.

While daniel hobnob may appear to be more robust and be made of stronger stuff, the merest whiff of moisture and he can quickly turn to mush again.
Short substitute appearances are the answer, onto the pitch to quickly do his stuff before any humidity can effect his structural integrity.

I've noticed you're not a big fan but you're wrong.

Assisted for the third goal and was a big part of our build up play second half playing in a deeper position. He's done excellent and will get better if he gets a run of games.
                      Are we winning?

He played well, but it was against relegation fodder. Got to think he will keep finding his feet if he can avoid injury.

No one's suggesting he'll play 90 mins in 30 games but if he csn provide cover against lowly opposition then it'll help the team over the busy Xmas schedule. On the last few occasions he's returned from injury he's retained his ability to be effective, unlike Lallana who seems to need more games than his body can manage before he reaches any sort of level that benefits the team

After he scored at Chelsea, I thought he could be a real live back up option for us this season.

Since then he's done absolutely **** all. He ain't getting a new contract at this rate.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

He was brilliant in pre season and has had the odd decent cameo, so expectations were high for me.

He had an absolute mare. I literally can’t recall a single positive contribution from him tonight.
